Studies and one page of me attempting character design

Some artists don't care for doing studies and that's fine! One of the things about art is that you just do however you work best. I like them because they aren't defcon 5 NOW YOU MUST MAKE THE BEST ART OF YOUR LIFE. I can relax and have fun with it.
That, and I really need to get looser with my gestures. I always lean toward too stiff.
