Had to miss group therapy today, but Iโll definitely be there next month, Iโm having some struggles this month and overwhelmed, but Iโll see you next month, and itโll right after my birthday, so hopefully I will be in a better head space! I hope you, and all the group therapy friends, old and new, are doing well!!
