I've looked within myself and I'm horrified by what I see. That's what keeps me up at night.
2023-03-22 04:07:14 +0000 UTCI'm a big introvert and can spend a lot of time alone. I've also been hurt by a number of people in the past which feeds into my introverted nature. So I can definitely relate to socially isolating out of fear of finding yourself in a vulnerable spot in any kind of relationship, romantic or platonic. With that said, I hope you do still reach out to others and try to connect with them when you feel you can. Because while I may not need to be around people nearly as much as the average person, I have found that its still really important to take that risk and allow yourself to let others into your life. And I suspect that we all need that to some extent. So I encourage you to still take those chances with people from time to time. And I hope you find happiness in it.
