Not sure if this is applicable to your welder, but I had a similar frustrating wire feeding problem with an old Migatronic 220 welder. I Replaced the liner, the tips, complete gun and outer, still the same. Turns out the problem was a worn feed roller, the machine was designed to have a knurled surface on the roller and mine had worn totally smooth. One new roller later and it was like an brand new machine!

Looks like you did amazing work. I know there are some other tow companies with similar items I dont know if they are purchased or built. You might get a few requests for them after he showcases it a few times. I imagine the price of building one for a paying customer would be prohibitive to the purchase. That was a lot of work. I hope it does financially pay off down the road however.

Like how thick is the steel and why, how does this compare to commercial offerings, how much money are you saving, how you're getting a 1.5° angle for the cable with this setup (I don't see it), if it's possible to shorten the liner of the MIG welder to cut out the overheated part etc. That's why I like your channel, because I actually learn something and not just look at pretty footage.
