I usually don't make such bent over photos because i think it's a silly way to show hams and glutes. Anyways, my strength grew a bit for the last 2 months and I've managed to lose a little fat too. I plan to lose more fat even, I will compromise on the overall size but it will look better. Keep up with my progress :)
