Ash and smoke are heavy in the air. Embers float through the wind like fiery fireflies on a summer evening. Heat is so suffocating and unbearable its a wonder any thing can survive in a place like this. Off in the distance, a storm of ash, smoke and flame is approaching.

This is how I would play this map-pack out. As your players are traversing this inhospitable wasteland a guide that is traveling with your party (or have the party roll incite) notices the great storm of fire and ash has changed directions and is now heading your direction. Then the party goal is a place of safety. Either the guide knows of a place, a player history check, or pre-drop it in a conversation with a NPC in advance. Their is a warded magic circles if activated can protect you from the storms wrath or even just a place for your party to rest in safety. Then the race to get to one begins.

Two things you might have noticed I really like in my maps. Cliffs and Large circular magic devices. One I would assume your party enjoys way more then the other. I wonder sometimes how many players have fallen to there deaths because of my love for cliff edges :D. Any of your players get a nice kick off the edge?
Hope you and your players enjoy. As always links below to content post.
