If it was last season, they would have spent an entire episode in a meeting discussing their battle plan, which troops to send out, etc. Itโs cool to see that depth in the novels, but I thought they started going overboard with it last season in the anime.

Out of a lot of series I feel like the powers and skills in the slime world are really interesting and really well thought out. Even tho Rimuru is OP, you get a progressive and detailed growth, in the anime it definitely feels convenient sometimes sadly
