Eneru wouldn't even need to show up and could blast Doffy from far away with Lightning. Doffy wouldn't be able to hit Eneru because of the Observation Haki. Remember after Luffy hit him once he wasn't able to land a blow until Eneru lost focus.

He needed 10 more mins running so he can recover. In a proper fight that’s a luxury lol. On top of that, doffy’s already wounded by law’s attack and spending energy healing himself.
