Ryze up a tier, not OP but definetly better.
Mel with E max pretty good, horizon focus is now a real item on her too, winrate is bad due to people goin liandry and Q max, go torch into c drive into bloodletter/horizon/cryptbloom, full cdr build is best and makes champ strong.

FS TP Flash if no point playing aggro setup ( weak jgler on ur team, or matchup dont allow snowballing ) aery exhaust flash if you can fistfight and snowball lane Malignance on first strike build unless heavy melee team then torch, or if u cant spam ult ( lack of engage team ) shadowflame void /liandry raba zhonya etc,
