I've watched this a handful of times and never managed to come out the other end dry eyed. I'm not a single mom, or a woman for that matter, but this really makes me feel for them i.e. my sister who's raising 3 children by her lonesome. There's also another movie by the same people called "The Boy and the Beast", which tackles the same ideas but about fatherhood and with a more fantastical premise. I think you'd really enjoy that.

2021-07-01 03:09:13 +0000 UTCWatched it first time with you guys, amazing i really liked the pov and scenery. Btw Ame=Rain Yuki=Snow born on snowy/rainy days. Also you guys watched only drama/romance/slice of life anime movies, what about some action? i highly recommend "Redline" 2009 animations still holds better than most new anime series, and it also will be "very different film from anything we seen before"
